Memorial Day – CCR Event Group would like to say “Thank You” to the men and women

As we kick off summer 2016 all of us here at CCR Event Group would like to say “Thank You” to the men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our great Country.

As I write this for CCR and coming from a vast military family (each branch represented in my family) I just learned this fact.

Did you know Memorial Day the Evolution….

Decoration Day originally honored those who lost their lives fighting the Civil War. Then during World War I the United States was in another major conflict thus Decoration Day evolved into honoring American military personnel who lost their lives in all wars. Which is now known as – Memorial Day.

Thank you to the men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our great Country. Have a great Memorial Day weekend!
